Summary:
Provide executive administrative support to the head of Government Affairs Division and coordinate Division's activities as directed. Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing incoming mail and emails. Writing, proofing, editing and managing division correspondence, record keeping, scheduling and coordination of staff travel and some small event planning. Also responsible for budget oversight of division finances and other duties as required. This position requires high degree of maturity and responsibility due to the nature of the business conducted by the division.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate will have 3-5 years administrative experience plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be able to manage priorities and be a self starter capable of operating with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of business etiquette, maturity along with a positive customer service attitude is imperative. Ability to communicate well with others both verbally and in writing.
